The power cord bending tester is suitable for the "mechanical strength" part of the bending connection part test of the power connection cable of the charging vehicle plug and socket by the relevant manufacturers of charging piles and the quality inspection department.

The device meets Section 7.15 of the GB/T20234.1-2015 standard (Table 7) and GB/T 11918.1-2014 "Plugs and Sockets and couplers for Industrial use Part 1 General Requirements" 24.4 mechanical strength test requirements simulate bending and twisting of the charging gun connector during actual use. Test at the rate and Angle required by the standard. The equipment adopts PLC electrical control, 7-inch color LCD touch screen intelligent operation, driven by servo motor, preset test times (up to 99999 times), test speed, test Angle, and with current conduction detection function. When the device reaches the preset times or the conduction current detection is disconnected, the current station stops, and the current test times are recorded and the sound signal of the end of the test occurs. Product characteristics
1) The testing machine is driven by stepping motor system, and the intelligent touch screen is set and displayed. The machine can be optional with load power supply (0-60A can be customized).
2) The testing machine can intelligently judge the short circuit, break or adhesion, poor contact and other conditions of the power line, and can automatically stop, and display the corresponding channel of the test failure, and issue sound and light alarm and character prompt, which is convenient for research and development of wire faults.
