Scope of application:
Automatic torsion spring testing machine is a new type of automatic control vertical spring torsion testing machine developed by our company. It is mainly used for testing torsion Angle and torque of torsion spring, spiral spring, elastic element and friction mechanism. It can measure not only the corresponding torque at a certain torque Angle, but also the corresponding torque Angle at a certain torque.
Equipment Overview:
This machine conforms to JB/T 9370-1999, JJG 269-2006 torsion testing machine standard and spring manufacturing test standard. It can test and provide data according to national standards and international standards such as 1SO, JIS, ASTM, DIN, etc. It is an ideal testing equipment for spring manufacturing, low-voltage electrical appliances, power machinery, quality inspection departments, colleges and universities, scientific research laboratories and other departments.
Functional features:
a. Can realize the torque sensor bidirectional calibration, torque accuracy is greatly improved;
b. Real-time display of time, torque, peak, torque Angle;
c. With peak retention: the test torque gradually increases from 0, the system defaults to a new experiment, and automatically records the peak value of the test;
d. Simple control mode, suitable for accurate laboratory measurement, but also suitable for production line batch testing; It can realize two functions of constant torque measurement and constant torque measurement; In the automatic mode, the preset preload torque can be realized, the torsion Angle can be automatically cleared, and the test can be automatically returned to the initial state;
e. Large LCD screen torque, torsion curve synchronous display, can directly view the mechanical properties of the torsion spring; It can store up to 50 sets of data, and can query and print data such as torque, torsional Angle and torsional stiffness.
