Scope of application:
The pressure immersion tester is primarily used to test the physical and other properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles, and their parts under simulated rain conditions. After testing, verification is performed to determine whether the product's performance meets requirements, facilitating product design, improvement, verification, and factory inspection.
Product Introduction:
1. Used to test the protection performance of equipment requiring waterproofing (IPX8).
2. IPX8: Protection against water intrusion during submersion and submersion damage: Equipment can be submerged indefinitely at a specified water pressure to ensure it is not damaged by water ingress.
3. IPX8: Continuous submersible test; test equipment: Test conditions and duration are based on industry standards. This level of stringency is higher than IPX7.
Applicable Standards:
Complies with IEC60529:2001 "Descees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)", GB4208-2008 "Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)", clause 14.2.8, and GB7000.1 "Luminaires - Part 1: General Requirements and Tests", clause 9.2.9.
Product Features:
1. Suitable for IPX8 testing of products.
2. The IPX8 pressure immersion tester's tank is entirely constructed of SUS304# stainless steel plate using high-precision sub-arc welding. The exterior is mirror-polished and the interior is rough-polished, resulting in an attractive appearance, easy cleaning, and durability.
3. Special silicone sealing rings (excellent elasticity, non-aging, and a ten-year lifespan).
4. All electronic control components are imported.
5. Timer function with a set timer from 0-999 minutes. Upon reaching the set time, the tester automatically stops and vents the air inside the tank. The tester then opens the lid to remove the test sample.
6. The tank base has an inlet valve and a drain valve, and a 5-meter water hose is included.
7. The base is equipped with four movable casters with brakes for easy mobility. 8. A brand-name pressure gauge (surface diameter 100 mm, accuracy class 1.6) displays the tank pressure. During operation, the test pressure is controlled by manually adjusting the pressure regulating valve. The pressure regulating valve has a pressure regulating and stabilizing function, maintaining a stable test pressure after adjustment.
9. Automatic Model - Utilizes an imported brand-name "pressure sensor" to automatically control the test pressure within the tank, with a control accuracy of ±0.002 MPa and a display accuracy of 0.001 MPa.
