Product Description

The XR101 utilizes high-precision x-ray fluorescence (HDXRF) technology through the use of advanced monochromatic and focusing optics The hyperboloid curved crystal optical crystal (DCC) greatly improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the equipment, which greatly improves the detection accuracy compared with the traditional energy dispersive x ray fluorescence technology (EDXRF). The figure shows the basic structure of HDXRF technology equipment. The hyperboloid curved crystal optical body (DCC) converts the polychromatic light from the radiation source into high-energy monochromatic light and effectively focuses it on the measurement sample.
