Scope of application
Precision oven, suitable for baking chemical gases and food processing industry to bake goods, substrate stress removal, ink curing, paint film drying. Widely used in electronics, motors, communications, electroplating, plastics, hardware chemical, food, printing, pharmaceutical, PC board, powder, including immersion, spraying, glass, ceramics, wood building materials and other items precision baking, drying, tempering, preheating, shaping, processing and so on.
Temperature control system
1, the temperature control instrument is PID digital display instrument (Taiwan Taisong instrument EM705), single point temperature control, automatic calculation,PV/SV display at the same time, key setting;
2, timer setting: 1 second -9999 time (optional setting hours, minutes, seconds) temperature to time, time to cut off the heating current (alarm device);
3, temperature sensing line (k) type;
4, signal output is 3-32V;
5, heating control: solid-state relay SSR no contact;
6, the heating element is: high temperature heating tube;
7, temperature range: RT+20~200° C;
8, heating rate: 100ºC for about 15 minutes
9, control accuracy: ±1.0ºC;
10, display accuracy: 0.1ºC;
11, temperature deviation distribution uniformity: ±2.5ºC. (no-load test).
