Scope of application
Blasting test machine, mainly applicable to: rubber hose, steel pipe, cylinder, radiator, intercooler, tire, fire hose, copper pipe, aluminum pipe, air spring, aerosol tank, water purifier, plastic barrel, evaporator, pipe, valve, pressure vessel and other products bursting test.
Equipment features
1, the conversion relationship of pressure units: 1MPa=10bar=1000KPa~ 10kg =145psi;
2, all the test process using PLC and computer automatic control, real-time display of test time, test pressure equivalent;
3, the test time can be freely set, the test is automatically shut down and generate the test report, the test report format can be formulated according to customer requirements;
4, pump, valve, pipe fittings, joints are imported products to ensure the quality and safety of the equipment, the material is 316 stainless steel, can apply to most liquid pressure test media;
5, with overpressure, timeout, leakage monitoring function, can automatically alarm and terminate the test.
