Simultaneously, the computer and the measurement and control module interface exchange data and control the mold cavity temperature. The rotorless rheometer is designed with a series of interlocking functions, including a plastic glass door. If the door is not closed, the mold cannot be closed. Only when the door is securely closed can the mold be closed and operation can begin. Overall, compared to other models, this model of rheometer offers more stable performance, higher accuracy, affordability, and comprehensive functionality. It is the optimal instrument for testing rubber properties.
