Product Description

Scope of application:
Bicycle frame drop impact tester, this tester is suitable for bicycle component drop test, frame and front fork combination drop test and other test functions. The tester is modular in design, and its specifications and functions meet the requirements of the regulations. It is safe and easy to operate.

Test principle:
The principle of the falling part of the front fork frame assembly is that it can rotate freely in the vertical plane with the rear axle mounting point as the center. The front fork is supported on a flat iron plate, so that the frame is in a normal position. A 70kg counterweight is fixed on the seat straight tube, so that its center of gravity falls on the straight tube axis and is 75mm higher than the surface of the seat cross tube. From the cross tube axis, the frame assembly is rotated to make the center of gravity of the counterweight body move to the vertical top of the rear axle, and then the frame is allowed to fall forward freely and hit the iron plate. Repeat the test to obtain two impacts.
