Product introduction:
The wheel radial impact tester is mainly used to simulate the impact force on the wheel hub when the vehicle passes through an uneven road surface or collides with obstacles such as the roadbed during driving. Through this tester, the strength, toughness and durability of the wheel and its accessories can be tested to ensure the safety performance of the vehicle. The impact energy of this tester is adjustable, and different impact energies can be achieved by adjusting the weight and impact height.
Structural features:
1. It is mainly composed of the main machine, parameter measurement and display unit, high-voltage control unit, test accessories, etc.
2. The main machine adopts a double-column frame structure, with the motor on top. The impact hammer is driven to the required height by a steel wire rope, and the height value is accurately measured by a photoelectric encoder to ensure accurate and reliable impact energy.
3. The release of the impact hammer is pneumatically controlled and equipped with a safety pin.
4. It is equipped with a secondary impact device to achieve secondary impact on the wheel, and is equipped with a 30° impact bracket, which users can choose according to different standards. A protective net is used to ensure test safety.
5. A high-voltage control box is configured to complete the drive control of the lifting motor and pneumatic components.
