Product Description
The luggage vibration impact tester is used to test the vibration impact resistance of luggage handles, sewing lines and overall structures. The method is to load the specified load on the object, impact the specimen 2500 times at a speed of 30 times per minute and a stroke of 4 inches. The test results can be used as a reference for quality improvement.
Main purpose:
Connect the handle and shoulder strap of the sample to the clamp on the impact device to simulate the normal use state of lifting the sample in the air with human hands and shoulders. After the sample is installed, start the instrument and set the corresponding parameters to start the test; the machine lifts the impact device to the corresponding height through the cylinder and electromagnet, and then releases the impact device and the sample to fall freely onto the vibration spring. The sample will oscillate up and down at a certain frequency due to the vibration spring to simulate the actual use, so as to obtain the result of the sample after the corresponding vibration. A certain load is applied, and the impact test is carried out at a speed of 20 times per minute to detect whether the handles, side handles, pull rods, buckles, sewing, etc. of the luggage are damaged (testing trolley cases, handbags, and backpacks).
