Flywheel speed testing machine
Product use:
The flywheel speed tester can be used to test the speed of bicycle and electric vehicle flywheels to ensure their performance and safety within the normal working range. It can verify indicators such as speed response error and temperature drift coefficient, and is suitable for high-speed measurement scenarios in the fields of aviation, automobiles, precision instruments, etc. It can also be used for torsional mechanical properties testing of materials and finished products such as clutches, tensioners, drill rods, bolts, drive shafts, screws, etc. at room temperature.
Product features:
1. Store energy and stabilize the speed. The flywheel uses its own rotational inertia to store part of the work input to the crankshaft during the power stroke, which is used to overcome resistance in other strokes, drive the crank-connecting rod mechanism to pass the upper and lower dead centers, and make the crankshaft rotation angular velocity and output torque as uniform as possible, and enable the engine to overcome short-term overload.
2. It is the driving part of the friction clutch, which engages and disengages with the clutch. Its function is to transmit the engine rotation force through the transmission to the drive wheels.
3. A flywheel ring gear is installed on the outer edge of the flywheel, which meshes with the drive gear of the starter for starting the engine. In addition, one side of the flywheel edge is engraved with a mark indicating that the 1st and 6th cylinder pistons are at the top dead center, which can be used as a basis for checking and adjusting the engine ignition timing.
