Product use:
The electric vehicle wading performance tester is suitable for various types of electric vehicles, including electric bicycles, electric motorcycles and electric vehicles, and is mainly used to test their performance and safety in wading environments.
Test methods and standards:
Electric vehicle wading performance testers are usually designed and manufactured in accordance with standards such as GB17761 and GB24155-2009. The test methods include static immersion test and driving into water test, and the specific steps are as follows:
Static immersion test: The vehicle is placed in water for a certain period of time to test the waterproof performance of various vehicle components, including checking whether the seals and battery system can effectively prevent water intrusion.
Driving into water test: The vehicle is driven in waters of different depths to test its buoyancy, water lifting and handling performance. By observing the driving conditions of the vehicle in the water, its stability and safety in the wading environment are evaluated.
Through these test methods, the performance and safety of electric vehicles in the wading environment can be comprehensively evaluated to ensure their driving safety on rainy days or on flooded roads.
