Bicycle handlebar dynamic fatigue tester, this tester is used to simulate the dynamic loading of the handlebar stem of the bicycle, control the cylinder movement through computer output signals, collect force sensor signals, and realize the simulation test process of dynamic fatigue of the handlebar; it is mainly used for fatigue characteristics test of the handlebar.
Test principle:
In the actual riding process of a simulated bicycle, under different road conditions, the handlebar assembly will be subjected to forces in different directions given by human hands, especially when riding on bumpy roads, the forces received are relatively large and frequent, so the quality of the handlebar assembly is related to the safety and convenience of the entire vehicle. This test machine is designed according to the relevant fatigue test standards of EN14764. The entire test system is controlled by a PLC program, and the force application system adopts force closed-loop control. When the test force applied to the handlebar reaches the set force, it automatically returns to reverse.
