What is a Lithium Battery Burning Flammability Test Machine?
Lithium battery burning flammability test machine is a combustion squirt test device for battery environmental safety test, designed and manufactured in accordance with GB31241-2014 and other relevant standards to meet the requirements of battery combustion squirt test.
Test Method
Fixing the mesh screen in 38.1mm above the top of the burner, there are 20 holes every 25.4mm on the mesh screen, the diameter of the steel wire is 0.43mm, the burner, observes the combustion conditions until the battery explodes or the battery is burned. This test chamber including burner and support frame, test table, standard metal mesh cover and standard metal mesh screen.
Test Procedure
1.The battery or battery pack is charged in a manner specified by the manufacturer.
2. Put the battery or battery pack on the wire mesh of the test fixture.
3. If the battery slips during the test, pelase use a single metal wire to fix the battery sample on the wire mesh. If this does not happen, the battery can not be tied.
4. Heat the battery with flame and stop heating when below situation:
a. The battery exploded
b. The battery is completely burned
c. Keep heat the battery over 30min but the battery did not explode or burned
Battery Burning Test Equipment
1.Meets the test standards of UL 2054-2004 and UL1642-2005.
2.The equipment is suitable for battery flame resistance test. Fix the mesh screen 38.1mm above the top of the burner. The mesh screen has 20 holes every 25.4mm, and the steel wire diameter is 0.43mm.
3.The burner and observe the battery combustion until the battery explodes or burns out; And time the combustion process.

Every machine from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally,we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation,If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem,we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
