Automatic Air Permeability Test Machine
Used to test the air permeability of special industrial fabrics, general fabrics, knitted fabrics, coated fabrics, nonwovens, industrial filter papers and other materials.

Product overview:
This instrument uses an air suction fan to suck air through a replaceable test head with a circular opening. For different test standards, the corresponding test head must be installed on the instrument. Press down the clamp ring to clamp the sample on the test head opening, install the corresponding orifice plate, and then the instrument can test normally. The pre-set test pressure will be automatically maintained, and the permeability index of the sample will be directly displayed in digital form or printed out.
The test pressure is pre-set according to the corresponding standard, automatically controlled and maintained by the instrument, and the air flowing through the test sample is measured through a set of orifice plates. The permeability of the sample is determined by the pressure change in the hole, and it is displayed digitally in the form of pre-set units and read directly.

Test principle: 
According to the specified method and test parameters, clamp the sample on the air inlet of the fabric permeability tester, then adjust the fan speed to make the specified pressure difference between the two sides of the fabric, and measure the air permeability of the fabric according to the nozzle aperture and the pressure difference between the two sides. The air permeability refers to: the air flow rate that flows vertically through the unit area of the fabric per unit time under the specified pressure difference between the two sides of the fabric, unit (mm/s), and the performance of the fabric to pass air when there is a pressure difference between the two sides is called air permeability.
