Scope of application:
Paperboard ring edge strength testing machine is an indispensable test instrument for paperboard and corrugated paperboard manufacturers as well as relevant scientific research colleges and testing institutions. In the aspect of paper, paper tube and other packaging materials, can carry out a variety of paper quality tests, namely ring pressure (RCT), flat pressure (FCT), edge pressure (ECT) adhesion (PAT) and general compression (CMT), such as 5 kinds of tests, is a combination of multiple functions in one material testing equipment.
Operation process:
First, prepare the sample:
1) Determination of sample location: select samples without scars from scattered locations of the same batch of materials;
2) Sample production: cut the sample width 127+01mm and length 1520+0.2mm;
3) The number of samples: take more than 10 pieces longitudinal and horizontal;
4) The standard condition of the sample: before the test, the sample was statically placed in a temperature of 23+2ºC and relative humidity of 60± 5% for more than 24 hours
Two, upper and lower safety protection device Settings:
1) The functions of the upper and lower limit devices mainly include: A, prevent the upper pressure plate from falling to the impact of the lower pressure plate or the test flat fixture, damaging the load element; B, as long as the upper press plate touch the upper limit setting button or lower limit setting button on the press plate will automatically stop; c. Adjustable distance between upper and lower pressure plate or upper pressure plate and test fixture.
2) First, fix the upper and lower limit fixing blocks in appropriate positions;
3) The upper limit setting button is set enough to make the upper pressure disc can be placed in a good sample test fixture or the position of the lower limit setting button should be set in the upper pressure disc down to the upper and lower pressure disc or the upper pressure disc and the test fixture do not collide with each other. 4) The upper limit or lower limit setting button screw loose can move the setting button to move to the location must be tightened to touch.
