Product Description

Product Introduction:
This UV accelerated aging test chamber can simulate the damage caused by sunlight, rain and dew. The UV weathering chamber uses fluorescent ultraviolet lamps to simulate the effects of sunlight and condensed moisture to simulate dew. The UV chamber can reproduce the damage that occurs outdoors in months or years in a few days or weeks. The types of damage include: fading, discoloration, loss of gloss, pinking, cracking, turbidity, bubbles, brittleness, strength, decay and oxidation.

Working principle: 
This UV accelerated aging test chamber can simulate the environmental conditions of UV, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness, etc. in the natural climate. By reproducing these conditions, they are combined into a cycle and automatically executed to complete the number of cycles. This is the working principle of the UV aging test chamber. During this process, the equipment can automatically monitor the temperature of the blackboard and the water tank; by configuring the irradiance measurement and control device (optional), the light irradiance can be measured and controlled to stabilize the irradiance at 0.76W/m2/340nm or the specified set value, and greatly extend the service life of the lamp. This machine contains a spray device.

Product features:
1. The shell and interior of the equipment are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, and are processed and formed using the most advanced processing equipment in China. 
2. The surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic, which is beautiful and smooth. The color matching is coordinated and the lines are smooth. The disadvantage of surface damage caused by long-term use of spraying on the aluminum plate surface is avoided. 
3. The equipment working room is equipped with a humidifier heater, liquid level switch, blackboard temperature sensor, etc. 
4. The bottom of the machine is equipped with high-quality fixed PU movable wheels, which can easily move the machine to the designated position and finally fix the casters.
