The water vapor permeability tester is based on the cup method test principle. It is a professional water vapor permeability tester for film samples. It is suitable for the determination of water vapor permeability of various materials such as plastic films, composite films, sheet materials, medical and building materials. Through the determination of water vapor permeability, the technical indicators of the material can be controlled and adjusted to meet the different needs of product applications.

1. Suitable for water vapor permeability test of various plastic films, plastic composite films, paper-plastic composite films, geomembranes, co-extruded films, aluminized films, aluminum foils, aluminum foil composite films, waterproof breathable films and other membrane materials.

Test principle
The test principle of the moisture permeable cup weighing method is adopted. At a certain temperature, a specific humidity difference is formed on both sides of the sample. Water vapor passes through the sample in the moisture permeable cup and enters the dry side. By measuring the change in the weight of the moisture permeable cup over time, the water vapor permeability and other parameters of the sample can be calculated.
