Scope of application:
Ring driven dynamic balancing machine is widely used in all kinds of small and medium-sized motor rotor, impeller, crankshaft, drum and shaft rotation workpiece balance correction. The belt drive ensures the balance quality and accuracy of the workpiece, and has the characteristics of easy loading and unloading, fast starting and high working efficiency.

The drive device is powered by an AC motor, and the drive belt drives the workpiece directly through the pulley at the end of the shaft of the motor. The workpiece is placed on the two-support pendulum frame, due to the centrifugal force generated when the workpiece rotates, forcing the pendulum frame to vibrate, the vibration signal through the machine installed in the pendulum frame - electric transducer (sensor), the vibration signal is converted into an electrical signal, and the electrical measurement system is input by a special wire. The unbalance size and phase of the workpiece are shown by the solution of the electrical measuring system. In order to meet the workpiece with different support lengths, the two pendulum frames can be adjusted on the base according to the support distance. The roller frame of the two swing frames can be moved up and down to meet the requirements of different support diameters. This equipment is a general balancing machine with hard support and adopts H-type support frame. The support frame has high rigidity and good recovery.
