Application:    
The mixed gas corrosion test chamber is suitable for accelerated corrosion testing of contact points and connectors to evaluate the corrosion of the atmosphere polluted by sulfur combustion products on contact points and connectors. The test chamber uses H2S, SO2, NO2, CI2 and other gases to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products under a certain temperature and relative humidity environment, reproduce the degree of damage suffered by materials or products under the specified time, temperature and humidity, gas concentration requirements, and compare the process quality of similar protective layers, and assess the corrosion ability of protective layers of industrial products such as automotive parts, electronic components, metal materials, and electrical products in mixed gases.


Features: 
1. Heating and humidification system structure: interlayer heating, uniform heating and fast heating in the box, uniform temperature and humidity distribution, heating and humidification elements are all made of titanium heating tubes, which are corrosion-resistant and have a long service life.
2. Can meet gas tests: the equipment can do mixed gas tests of four gases: sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide, and chlorine, and can also do single gas corrosion tests of one of the gases.
3. Controller: Programmable LCD touch screen controller, the controller screen has temperature and humidity setting display, four gas flow display, ventilation frequency adjustment display, turntable opening and closing and other functions. The operation is simple and the program editing is easy.
4. Refrigerant flow control: Automatically adjust the refrigeration system of energy consumption output control.
5. Automatic control: Equipped with digital anti-corrosion gas mass flowmeters for various gases, automatic control.
6. A water tray is designed at the bottom of the compressor, and the condensed water is discharged to the outside of the box through the drain pipe at the rear of the box.
7. It has the function of automatic calculation, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions, making the temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.
8. USB flash drive can be plugged in to download historical curves and historical data, and hot-swappable function is available. (Equipped with a USB interface, the test data can be exported to the PC via USB flash drive for viewing or long-term storage;)
