The battery pack extrusion acupuncture testing machine is composed of a power drive system (hydraulic unit), a test host table, a sample lifting platform, a sample drag electric tool, a control system, an extrusion acupuncture fixture, a monitoring and measurement system and a safety protection system.

24. Extrusion acupuncture control mode
24.1. Using remote control mode, PC remote control working mode, the maximum line length can reach 50m.
24.2. The equipment can be run with a fixed value or a program, and the program parameter settings include but are not limited to time, voltage, pressure, speed, acquisition frequency, etc.
24.3 The amount of extrusion deformation must meet the multi-gear setting within 0-100% to realize multi-stage extrusion deformation step jump;
24.4. The extrusion rate has a dynamic adjustment function, that is, a speed value can be set for the initial extrusion speed. When the extrusion head touches the sample, the extrusion speed jumps to another preset speed (set by the step). .
24.5. The test stop condition can set the stroke, deformation, pressure value, voltage value, temperature value, etc. Pressure, stroke, deformation, and voltage value can be used as control variables alone or in combination, and the test will be stopped when any condition reaches the set value.
25. List of extrusion stop conditions (including but not limited to the following conditions):
25.1. The pressure cut-off can be set. When the pressure between the external casing of the battery and the extrusion fixture reaches a certain value, the extrusion test will be stopped.
25.2. The deformation amount can be set to cut off. When the external dimension of the battery is compressed to a certain amount, the extrusion test is stopped.
25.3. The voltage cut-off can be set. When the external output voltage of the battery reaches a certain value, the extrusion test will be stopped.
25.4. The extrusion test can be stopped when any one of the above three conditions is met.
26. Multi-stage extrusion can be set, and the number of stages is greater than or equal to 5.
27. Signal transmission mode: RS232 serial port high-speed transmission serial port.
28. Test data storage and display:
28.1. The test data can be saved, and the common EXCEL data report format or form can be exported through the software, and the test data can be displayed in the form of a curve.
28.2. Report saving and display mode: Excel format, intelligent report, can automatically mark initial value, average value, extreme value and peak value.
28.3. Force, displacement, voltage and temperature are monitored at the same time and on the same software interface, variables such as force, displacement, speed, time, total voltage, auxiliary voltage, and auxiliary temperature during the test can be collected at the same time, and these variables can be automatically saved. All variables into one data file to facilitate post-processing of experimental data.
28.4. Variables such as extrusion force, displacement, speed, total voltage, and auxiliary temperature can be matched with the test video through the time axis, so as to comprehensively analyze the test data.
28.5 Time error: the recording time of the equipment operation, its measurement tolerance is not more than ±0.1%, and the real-time reading and recording data of the equipment is consistent with the actual data.

Every machine from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally,we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation,If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem,we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.
2.. What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
