Uses:
This instrument for new multi-function IZOD&Charpy impact tester, without having to remove the jig and sample fixed frame, cantilever beam, the test method for automatic switch, easy to use, simple operation, high measurement precision, it is mainly used for hard thermoplastic moulding and extrusion materials, rigid thermosetting molding materials as well as the fiber reinforced thermosetting and thermoplastic composites non-metallic materials, such as the determination of impact toughness.

Features of Izod Impact Testing Machine

1. High-precision intelligent controller, equipped with LCD display, can read data intuitively and accurately;

2. In the impact direction, the rigidity of the material is improved, and the impact mass is concentrated on the center of mass of the pendulum, so that the vibration-free impact test is truly achieved, and the service life is increased;

3. Using imported high-resolution digital encoder, the angle test accuracy is higher and more stable;

4. The impact hammer and imported ball bearing in line with the aerodynamic principle greatly reduce the friction loss caused by the machine;

5. The final result is automatically calculated, and the test data can be saved in 12 groups of data and averaged;

6. The IZOD impact testing machine can choose Chinese and English operation interface, and the test results can be selected in J/m, KJ/square meter, kg-cm/cm, ft-ib/in and other units;

7. The built-in micro-printer prints the test data.

Every machine from our factory has a 12-month warranty after shipment. Generally,we offer 12 months for the FREE maintenance, while considering of sea transportation,If your machine doesn't work, you can send E-mail to us and we will try our best to find the problem by email or skype video chat if neccesary. After confirmation of the problem,we can send you new spare parts or provide on-site repair.

2.. What's the delivery term?
At most of time, we have stock in the factory. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 7-20 working days after deposit receipt. If you are in urgent need, we can consider making a special arrangement for you.
