Product Description

Scope of application:
The frame vertical and horizontal force tester is suitable for simulating the actual riding process of bicycles, conducting fatigue endurance tests, and detecting the structural strength of the frame. This tester is designed according to relevant standards. The force application system is controlled by a force sensor. When the test force applied to the frame reaches the set force, it automatically returns to reverse. The number of tests can be set, and it will automatically stop when the set number is reached.

Functional principle of the equipment:
The equipment applies periodic horizontal reciprocating loads to the relevant parts of the frame; the frame is reciprocated horizontally, and the horizontal reciprocating continuous loading force is a constant amplitude force, and the total number of loading times is 15 x 10* times.
