Wheel brake fatigue testing machine

Product use: 
The bicycle wheel rim deflection walking tester is mainly used to test the fatigue performance and deflection of bicycle wheel rims under various road conditions. The tester simulates different road conditions and obstacles to evaluate the durability and stability of the wheel rims under long-term use. Specifically, the tester is suitable for testing light motorcycle wheels, battery vehicles and bicycle tires. It can realistically simulate road conditions and install different obstacles according to needs to test the performance of the wheel rims under different road conditions.

Setting standard:
Designed according to EN14764:2005, ISO4210-2014 standards, a large rotating wheel is used as the driving wheel to drive the wheel rim to be tested, and "dynamic walking test", "brake performance test", "wheel static pressure test" and "deflection test" can be performed. The load is applied by weight superposition direct pressure, which more realistically simulates the test environment and state; (the fixture is based on the sample provided by the customer).
