Working principle:
The racket automatic drilling machine control system adopts a 5-axis computer control system. The control system can directly import the racket drilling size. Each racket can create a processing document. If you need to change the processed product, you don't need to change any mold. You only need to change the processing document to adapt to the current racket processing requirements. The racket fixing tooling developed by our company is simple to operate and has good positioning. You only need to put the racket into the tooling for 1-2 seconds to complete the racket fixing action. One machine can process 5 beach rackets at the same time, and one worker can operate 3-4 machines, which can save a lot of labor. The drilling motor adopts a high-speed motor with a maximum speed of 24,000 rpm to ensure that there is no burr phenomenon in the inner hole of the racket. The lower speed of the drill cutter of the drilling machine is automatically adjusted by the controller. When the drill cutter is close to the racket, the lowering speed becomes slower to ensure that the paint and water mark on the racket surface will not be removed. When the drill cutter head enters the racket, the lowering speed is accelerated to speed up the drilling efficiency.
