1. Automotive wires: used to test the scratch and abrasion resistance of the insulation surface of automotive wires, in accordance with GB/T12528-2008, ISO6722, QC/T730, JB/T8139, JASO D611, DIN72551, VW60306 and other test standards.
2. Optical fiber wires: Test the scratch and abrasion resistance of optical fiber wires to ensure their stability and durability in complex environments.
3. Multi-core wires: Test the scratch and abrasion resistance of multi-core wires to ensure their reliability in a variety of application scenarios.
4. Other wire products: Suitable for scratch and abrasion resistance tests of various wire products, including wires and cables in household appliances and industrial equipment.
Test standards and methods:
The wire abrasion tester tests the wear resistance of wires by simulating the abrasion conditions of wires in actual use. Specific test methods include:
1. The abrasion device moves bidirectionally along the axis of the wire, with a stroke greater than 10mm and a movement frequency of 50 to 60 cycles/minute.
2. The intelligent counting system is intuitive and clear, and it automatically stops after reaching the specified count.
3. Automatic stop function: When the scraper wears through the insulation and contacts the conductor, the device automatically stops. Through these test methods and standards, the wire abrasion tester can comprehensively evaluate the wear resistance of the wire and ensure its reliability and durability in various environments.
