Test standards and methods:
The wire abrasion tester tests the wear resistance of wires by simulating the abrasion conditions of wires in actual use. Specific test methods include:
1. The abrasion device moves bidirectionally along the axis of the wire, with a stroke greater than 10mm and a movement frequency of 50 to 60 cycles/minute.
2. The intelligent counting system is intuitive and clear, and it automatically stops after reaching the specified count.
3. Automatic stop function: When the scraper wears through the insulation and contacts the conductor, the device automatically stops.
