Product Description

Product use:
The automotive glass radiation resistance test chamber is mainly used for automotive safety glass. The transmittance data before and after irradiation is measured to determine the glass's ability to withstand ultraviolet radiation. It meets the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T5137.3-2020. The test chamber can maintain a constant temperature of 45±3ºC while the test plate rotates at a speed of 1r/min-5 r/min. The equipment is mainly used for self-inspection and quality control of glass production enterprises, and is also used as a technical means for third-party quality inspection units and scientific research units.

Product features:
1. Box shell material: high-quality cold-rolled plate processing and forming, surface phosphating cleaning, electrostatic spraying treatment;
2. The inner chamber of the working room adopts imported SUS/304 stainless steel mirror panel;
3. Heaters, fan blades and other devices are distributed in the air duct interlayer at one end of the working room;
4. There is a Ф25/50mm cable hole on the left side of the test box;
5. The heating method is nickel-chromium alloy tube-mounted fin heating, which heats up quickly and has uniform temperature distribution;
6. The door of the box is open at the front of the box, which is easy to open and close and convenient for the storage and access of the test pieces;
7. The UV light source is installed in the center of the chamber, and the light source replacement design is front-mounted and disassembled;
8. The special sample rack device can easily push in and pull out the test piece;
9. The air duct circulation system ensures the uniformity of the test temperature and meets the requirements of the test standard;
10. The ozone-free quartz tube medium-pressure mercury vapor arc lamp is used to meet the requirements of the irradiation amount in the 300nm~450nm band.
11. Industrial touch screen + PLC programmable controller + printer output human-computer dialogue, automatic monitoring;
12. Blackboard temperature: bimetallic blackboard thermometer, using black aluminum plate to connect the temperature sensor, blackboard temperature instrument controls heating, the temperature is more stable.
