2. It is suitable for installing flexible molds and two-half molds, and new wide-section high-grade all-steel radial car tires with different specifications of vulcanized steel ring diameters of 12''-24'', meeting the nitrogen or steam vulcanization process.
3. According to user requirements, new balance type two-station four-point rear inflation device, single-station tire storage device, pneumatic or electric two-station tire storage device, pneumatic or electric three-station tire storage device, etc. can be selected as options.
4. The electrical control system adopts the PLC programmable controller as the real-time control core, and the industrial touch screen as the man-machine operation interface, which can realize the vulcanization process parameter setting, vulcanization real-time parameter collection, storage, alarm and intuitive query of historical parameters, etc., with Ethernet interface , support vulcanizing machine cluster networking.
5. The hydraulic control system uses one hydraulic station to drive one or more vulcanizing machines, and the oil pressure and flow control adopt proportional control technology.
